Are  Helmet Sprays Really Effective…?

We all should wear helmets while riding bike, but yeah it makes our hair to fall. So, is there a solution to it?

We do love our HEAD equally! Don’t we?

Few traditional ways people have used since ages include hanky or small towel on head before putting on Helmet, or using a hair cap. 

These are accompanied by few cons, lets list them:

·       Portability: Yes a RIDER cannot carry towel every-time and every-where. It may get lost, also carrying an extra accessory is boring.

·       Cleaning: Putting towels take time, isn’t it better to just put on Helmet and go on a ride? Moreover after two or three uses it needs a wash. That’s further tiring!

So, to get through this problem companies started rolling out fancy Helmet Sprays. I too was fascinated by it and decided to try it. So, after using a few of them for years, I have a review for everyone:

Myths Busted:
1.   Using chemicals on Hair may affect adversely. 
    Yes using chems ON hair, but we use Helmet Sprays on Helmet and it stays there and not on your scalps, so there is absolutely no hair fall by its use. I used it for years and got this myth busted.
2.   It gives only Odour no dirt cleaning. 
    Everyone think this. But it works the way your detergent works, dirt sticks to it and cleans once you rub it with cloth. So it is both for Odour and Cleaning.

At MRP of just Rs. 180, this handsome bottle claims to do wonders to Helmet and hair. I decided to test it, I’ll share my experience.
After using towels and hair caps, I was looking for something portable and classier. I bought this and used a bottle for two months to realize it DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

Shake it well, spray it from a distance of 6 inches and keep in mind 3 spray is exact what you should use. Then with in seconds wipe it with clean cloth which will take away dirt from helmet. This is important as it is a quick dry formula and dries within 20 seconds.
It gives fruity smell (orange) and keeps your helmet clean.


Earlier with towels or hair cap I saw 4 to 5 hair coming out after every use, but with this after 1 year no hair on helmet.
